Cook your own in the kitchen and you'll be set.

Re: Juicy's ROM, Sprint and me?

i flashed it last night. first thoughts were that is wasn't as 'pretty' as sprint's stock ROM. lol.

I'm going to watch and see what they do with the next installments of the sprint rom. I'm really appreciating their work but there are some features I wanted kept (don't laugh but I do want Sprint TV for when I'm on the bus to work).

Not to mention, I'm still getting a grasp on the phone. Got it Thursday night and haven't had time to see what I like and don't like about the stock rom. I'm guessing, that in the next few days, I'll do some regedits, read the board some more, learn about the other ROMs out there and then decide if I want/need a different rom.

Re: Juicy's ROM, Sprint and me?

I have the sprint diamond, and I flashed it with the most recent Juicy rom. I love it. It's much more responsive to touch, and much faster. I love the little tweaks. I had to download the apps that were not included in this rom but were included on Sprint original rom. Not a big deal, I was able to find every app here in this forum. In my opinion, it's a must to download this rom. You may have to put a little more time in getting your diamond to your liking, but it's well worth it.

Now if only there was a way to select certain options, like u could specify what applications you wanted to include in your ROM, including adding special folders called OEMs to include applications not already avail so that they will be cooked into the ROM (unremovable)

I'll Give you a hand here daryllh, just follow these links to get Sprint TV, Sprint Nav and Sprint Picture Mail.

Sprint Music Store is pretty easy too, just use Opera and go to wap.sprint.groovemobile.net then save it as a favorite! Easy as that!

Re: Juicy's ROM, Sprint and me?

Regarding that Sprint Music Store (it's really the only Sprint item I use), if I were to flash to a different ROM, I would lose the Music Store link on the music tab of TF3D, correct? Is there any way I could get it back?

(Although unrelated to this thread) Same goes for those TF3D themes, if I used a different theme, would I lose that link and could I get it back?

Thanks.

Re: Juicy's ROM, Sprint and me?

I'm running Juicy 2.4.1 right now. I would definately recommend it. It's fast and stable. Can't compair battery life though, I never put a whole day's drain on the stock rom.

Re: Juicy's ROM, Sprint and me?

i tried both for an extended period of time and like rasone said the fact that the MMS was missing was a HUGE reason i decided to come back to the sprint one....im really happy with the whole sprint ROM i just want some more stability....faster, better battery, my music not to pause every 3 minutes and a working talk/answer button

Re: Juicy's ROM, Sprint and me?

Is this the newest/best stock sprint ROM? 1.09.651.5?
