Juicy's ROM, Sprint and me?

I didn't want to hijack someone else s thread, so I thought I'd try this.

I see that there is a Sprint ROM out now, but am confused about what improvements, tweaks, etc have been made and how they affect the Sprint device.

Can anyone who uses Sprint give a small review? Is it worth the flash? Stable? Sprint stuff still there (I am one of the few I guess that uses Sprint TV, Navigation, etc)?

I flashed the Touch a couple times but in the end I went back to the stock ROM.

Thanks for your thoughts...

I was going to create the same thread like this. I really don't want to flash my phone unless I'm sure it is far better than the stock Sprint ROM.

Anyone out there that has already flashed to Juicy's 2.1 Sprint ROM recommend it? Does it really make the phone run better?

Thx

If you check out the actual Juicy 2.1 ROM Thread, I think you'll find a lot of people who are, in fact, truly enjoying the ROM.

Of course, issues will sometimes pop up, but that's the beauty of this community. You try the ROM, and if you find an issue with it, you tell everyone and more likely than not, it's fixed in the next version.

So if you want to be sure of flashing a great ROM, why don't you help by trying it out and seeing if you like it or not, and then posting any issues if you find any. If you don't like it, you can always flash back.

Fair enough...I guess I haven't had my Diamond long enough to see what I think of the stock ROM. That's where I was looking for some thoughts...

Completely understand. When I get my Diamond, I'll probably be flashing Juicy's and comparing them to each other hard.

Here's my thoughts.

Faster, missing Sprint splash animation, missing sprint TF3D customizations, much improved battery life.

My only real complaint is that I liked the Sprint TouchFlo graphics better than the stock HTC ones. Beside that, it is far superior to the stock sprint ROM.

what he said, ive noticed an overall improvement in the speed, but i wish i still had sprint navigation, other than that it works great

So the battery life is better in the Juicy ROM 2.1, even with the battery leak issue?
