I don't understand something... you said you lose images if you remove the volume control well I have Manilla installed and just removed the Oval volume control and didn't lose any images but the Oval volume control UI. So really I don't see a point in having the app installed unless you want the fancy look of a volume control that doesn't work. It does need to be removed from the ROM since it does nothing but stop ppl from turning the volume down which I do when I have my phone on speaker. I'm not worried about turning up the volume I just want to be able to turn it down when ever I need to and so do many others. I have apps like games that need to volume turned down also.

You can turn the volume down in them....it's just in-call.....wow lol people are really lost in this issue there's some that want it higher when it's the highest and then there's people who think it's broken all around when it's not

Good job on the ROM, I really appreciate it. I am a little confused however though. Are you creating a 1.4 verizon version or is 1.3 the last version for all the carriers?

In all of the WDM's roms, I've never had a volume issue. The run fast and smooth! I'm glad he's leaving it as is...

PS - Excellent work on the ROM, to WDM and all who participated!

No problem Sly, its a common misconception when new to flashing - this ROM will always be there to reflash at this version on your phone until you flash a newer or different ROM on it (including stock HTC ROM as well)

WDM's current version is 1.3 - 1.4 of this ROM will be available when he feels it is ready to release

As with all ROMS, they are a constant work in progress so its not uncommon to see varying version numbers as well as a current version not available as a new one is due out soon
