DOA your phone, if it is still within the DOA period. My GPS wouldn't work, no matter what tweaks, fix or posting's I read to try to get to work. So I DOA'd the phone and the new one worked right out of the box. No flashing yet or anything. Though I am on a Telus diamond.

Lol, your right....but this ROM is going public because if it doesn't fix then a Soft Reset should easily do it....and I believe it's an issue with the 2D Audio Manager, I wanted to switch to my other Audio Manager, but it didn't work

Hey all,

I'm wondering where WDM's ROMs went to... I had been using v1.2. This morning I was playing around with the settings and after restarting the phone the touch screen was completely unresponsive. I'm guessing the mistake was changing the TouchFlo pressure settings, but I really don't know.

Anyway, the phone works fine except for the touch screen... which means I can't actually do anything but answer incoming calls. I'd really like to re-flash it ASAP, does anyone have a copy of one of WDM's ROMs that I can access?

Regarding the problem switching to landscape mode:
1. I got it with stock and with 2.0/2.1 Juicy (downloading 2.2 now).
2. I can't guarantee that I only used the full qwerty keyboard but I'm pretty sure I did at the beginning and it was still happening. (on a side note, I've since switched to ThumbKey and while it isn't perfect by far, it is the best keyboard I've used for entering large amounts of English text)
3. Switching to landscape will work for a while after a soft reset but within hours, it will stop working. Restarting Opera doesn't fix it. Restarting TouchFlo doesn't fix it. Only a soft reset seems to fix it.
4. Since getting 2.0 and trying the long press send key to switch the entire device into landscape mode, I can confirm that this doesn't seem to be a bug that is limited to Opera. Once the bug is triggered, switching any other program into landscape mode causes the application to minimize, usually the dialer will pop up, and when you switch back to the application, it will be in portrait mode.

I'm on Telus and I haven't installed any tweaking type programs.

Also want to thank Juicy and Juggalo_X for all your hard work. The only issue I have with this phone now is the switching to landscape mode. If it wasn't for that, this phone would be near perfect.

The ROM is on your phone, just follow the steps to reload the ROM from your phone.

press and hold the red and green buttons and then insert the stylus into the reset hole by the USB interface on the bottom of the phone and hold them all until the screen turns grey - release and follow the steps on the screen and it will reflash the ROM for you back to the beginning (meaning you will have to add your apps and info again just like when you flashed from the PC)

Oh, one more minor issue. I've noticed that when I type messages in forums using Opera, my text isn't being capitalized properly. In all other programs (email, SMS, Word, etc), the first word of any sentence is automatically capitalized. I'm 99% sure that worked properly in Opera with the stock Telus ROM but it certainly doesn't work now. It isn't as big a deal with the stock keyboards since capitalizing a letter is so easy but ThumbKey's biggest weakness is that it is near impossible to capitalize just the first letter of a word.

I've been playing with it and it is kinda cool...And I just so happen to have an OEM for someone....It was the latest version 3 days ago.
