Not many people are skilled enough to rebase an SPL and make it work properly. That being said, those who are don't have the time to spend on one carrier specific device that serves such a small number of people. There will also most likely be no touch dual unlocker as there are more advanced phones in the same category, making it pointless.

Re: How To: Unlocking, Relocking, and Flashing

I have a unlocked HTC Touch Diamond. I had it fully flashed to Cricket. I lost my pic messaging internet. What are the steps to get this working again? I tried to understand the mms/wap thread, but I'm new to this.

Re: How To: Unlocking, Relocking, and Flashing

A quick question.
If we are following the process of flashing the shipped ROM before flashing a new ROM, is it necessary to let the customizations run after the shipped ROM is flashed? Is there any (possible) benefit from doing so?

Re: How To: Unlocking, Relocking, and Flashing

The is no real benefit from flashing a shipped ROM before another. The only advantage would be if your radio or flash is corrupt, which it shouldn't be (as the SPL can't be overwritten).

That being said, if you really believe it will help, you don't need to let the customizations run.

Re: How To: Unlocking, Relocking, and Flashing

When trying to run the DiamondC_HSPL057.exe its giving me the application error.
"The application failed to initialize properly (0xc0000135). Click OK to terminate the application"... any thoughts?

Re: How To: Unlocking, Relocking, and Flashing

On my other unlocked htc diamond I just installed the mighty rom and everything looked great except now its saying the internal 4gb card is not installed!?!? Do i need to hard reset it?
EDIT: I also tried to format the internal memory and an error came up saying cannot access mass storage

not here, I would suggest visiting this thread in the tpro upgrade section: good luck and remember this relocker is for the CDMA tpro.
