I work at a service center in the Bay Area and the fact that you cant check your info online is actually normal, you will be able to see it again your next billing cycle. When you call into care try and do it in the morning and get the folks in OK, their turnover is much less than the TX call center and the chances of getting a good rep are MUCH higher.
On a side note, avoid that 8350. A high percentage have a nasty echo for the person you are talking to and their past 3 software updates that were supposed to fix the issue havent, and they dont have an estimated date for the next software patch to fix the issue. If you're set on it invest in a good wired headset as that is the only work around for the issue.
