On a side note, avoid that 8350. A high percentage have a nasty echo for the person you are talking to and their past 3 software updates that were supposed to fix the issue havent, and they dont have an estimated date for the next software patch to fix the issue. If you're set on it invest in a good wired headset as that is the only work around for the issue.

Yes there is NO fix for that particular phone....and when I have been ordering them through eticket it does send new Handsets.....maybe the later produced handsets will be fixed....I still think its a network issue though...it is nextel.
