He then told me I could tracl my claim by using the assurion website, and that i effective immediately, my Sprint MOgul HTC6800 is now the property of assurion and when I receive my new phone I need to mail the mogul to them or I could be charged $350 tp my sprint account.

they cant charge you 350, only 200 for not returning the mogul...but can charge upto another 150 if theres really no problem
