see now before i read about all this, i was having a problem with my mogul because my ROM was (is) screwed up. tryed uploading a new one and hard reset and still no dice. so i called and got an eticket but the guy did say that it was a direct exchange mogul for mogul. Is it possible with all you people returning moguls they are fixing them and giving them to me or am i going to be nicely surprised on monday/tuesday and open up a pro? who knows. ill keep you guys updated. either way i got a new phone which will probably break again because ever since 6.1 came out my phone seems to **** itself.
