well yeah, but thats because they don't check and it automatically goes to that screen. how do we know later they don't qualify it as a reason for exchange? my mogul only has a white spot on left lower. otherwise works great. i know i've been posting this a lot but just feel hesitant.

I think I may have found out about this too late. I'm guessing all your Moguls are now Reconditioned because that's all that it is giving me when I go through the sprint one. i guess i can complain to retentions and they give in.

can anybody attest to this statment that no more TP's are available?

Who has actually got charged for returning their perfect moguls? Any body yet? Does any one know?

I think it just depends. I tried over 3 days and kept getting the Mogul. Waited over the weekend and tried again yesterday morning: BAM! TP on its' way. I really think it is just a matter of timing, when they have refurb'd Moguls in the system and when they don't.

Alpine, why dont you just call in and talk real nice to them and file a claim and tell them youve had all kinds of issues and wanna get a comparable device such as the TP.

Its that simple and worked for so many already. Thats how I went from the 67 to the 68.

oh by the way i just checkin on eticket and they are out of stock on the touch pros \

so idk what that means if you try to do an order. and i have no idea what asurion is handing out to ppl

This is true! I just did an online exchange request because my Mogul's USB port only works for charging. The device the system offered me was a Touch Pro and of course I accepted :P We'll see how long it will take, if I even end up getting one.
