Also, if you ignore them and they are considering it fraud, they will mail you letters on your options. More than likely, the option will be to switch plans, or let your account go without Early Termination Fee.

Then they will leave you voicemails about those options. And if they don't here from you they will simply switch your plan for you by a given deadline.

So like hypeo said, I would call them, see what they have to say and try that option.
