You just saved me so much frustration with that number. The rep who answered was extremely nice and knew everything! I was shocked that I was talking to someone at Sprint because I never had quick and easy service like that. I gave you some rep for that. Ordering my Epic now! |

Called today and it was a breeze.
The guy said they are working on getting online activations working for sero-p but i think you will always have to call to switch plans. He said it was busier yesterday then it was on EVO launch day lol. |

Re: SERO Premium Success Stories
SUCCESS!!
Called 866-264-1282 and they upgraded my plan which took less than two minutes. The lady knew exactly what I was talking about when I stated I wanted a "Sero Premium Plan." Was then referred to telesales at 888-882-4030. Called and was on hold for less than 30 seconds. Took 24 minutes to get a Samsung Epic ordered. The system correctly reflected my new plan amounts and I will be receiving my new Epic by Thursday of next week. I was eligible for upgrade so I received the full discount and my total after tax and shipping was $406 (and I'm eligible for the $100 rebate). Also, she mentioned my account was eligible for 10 additional lines. I probed a little further and these lines would not be at the SERO Premium price but at the standard EPRP prices Last edited by jdubz; 10-02-2010 at 03:56 PM. |

Re: SERO Premium Success Stories
I successfully switched to SERO Premium 500 from Everything Data 450 & kept my EVO.
I lost my 25% corp discount. I was not able to get nights & weekends at 5pm back. Also lost my $20 reoccurring credit. But was able to keep any3 & free incoming. All and all happy.... -CC Edit: I had to get this done at a corporate Sprint owned store, at first they had no clue. Tech told me SERO wasn't available anymore. The floor manager also said no, but would call national sales to make sure. Took less than 10 mins to get it done from the moment I walked in. Excellent service. Take in mind I had called in and made sure each of the 4 reps I spoke with made notes in my account yesterday. Last guy called me back 3 times because they couldn't find a valid employee care #. He had 3 supervisors confirm I had to go to the store to have the switch made, because employee care no longer exists. P.s. Dialing *2 puts me with employee accounts.... lol

Re: SERO Premium Success Stories
Jesus Christ. Radio Shack is selling it for $219 with no MIR. Its almost like there is a penalty for being a long time Sprint customer and a member of SERO.

Re: SERO Premium Success Stories
Well in reality he is paying 306 after the Mail in Rebate (Yes, I would rather not put that money upfront). My Epic was like 403 or something after taxes. CA and NY for some reason get an additional 20+ bucks for some strange law that was made. Also it would be about 240 after taxes so it is about 65 more bucks. I rather pay 65 bucks more for a phone than pay 30+ more a month for the same plan that SERO customers get.
