SERO Premium Success Stories

Just wanted to start a thread to see how many success stories there were already of folks upgrading to SERO Premium. It would be nice to know if you did in fact loose any discounts you had, and what phone you decided to go with.

I'll do a Poll so we can have some numbers as well.

Re: SERO Premium Success Stories

just activated my Epic no problem.. only thing is the wait is kind of long due to a lot of people doing the same thing.. One good thing though, when you call you automatically get directed to a sero rep

Re: SERO Premium Success Stories

Can a Sprint Store accommodate the upgrade to Premium and phone purchase?

Re: SERO Premium Success Stories

I don't have a success story....

While when I signed up for Sero in February of 2006, I was put on a F & F 500 which was Sero at the time. I called today and the rep didn't have a clue about the announcement. Told me it wasn't Sero but then confirmed with another Rep that it was. After about 5 minutes of holding she came back on and stated no one heard of "Sero Premium" and it is not available anymore.

I read on that Sprint blog with Russ that F & F plans will have issues and they are working on a fix to that so I unfortunately I will have to wait this out and can't join the "Premium Party".

I still find it weird that not all Sprint Rep's know about this. You would think a corporate memo would be sent out to everyone just so they are on the same page, even if it doesn't concern them.

Re: SERO Premium Success Stories

Actually she may have been telling the truth. Most call centers dont have regular PCs like you have on your desk. They usually setup some sort of "thin station" that uses Terminal services. It lets them record not only the voice part of the phone call, but the actual screen of the agent working the call.

Yeah I could see the firewall at sprint blocking pretty much all websites but you think they would block sprint.com?

A rep is going to call me back to solve the issue as he is getting in touch with people. He completely understands the problem also which makes me feel better.

No. I went to a store and the guy was clueless. He kept telling me that I had to sign up for a Simply Everything plan. So basically its luck of the draw in the store.
