i get 1.6 d and 800 up on sprint.. with t-mobiles 3g i never got that..lol

I have been plenty of places where Sprint did not have me covered, lol. How can you say Sprint and Verizon in the same breath and expect to maintain credibility? Verizon may very well have everyone covered, but that that doesn't mean Sprint does.

As for the cost, I'll copy and past what I just posted in the other thread:
T-Mobile Even More Plus 1500 unlimited text and web, with a MyTouch 3G (comparable to Hero):
Phone cost: $399.99 (no contract)
Plan cost: $119.99
So over the course of that 2 year contract, $16 per month. With the plan and the phone both factored in, that is about $136 per month on T-Mobile- with no contract.

Sprint Everything Data 1500 with Hero:
Phone cost: $179.99 (with 2 year contract)
Plan cost: $129.99
So over the course of that 2 year contract, the phone costs $7 per month. So with the plan and the phone both factored in, it costs about $137, and that is WITH a 2 year contract.

So, again, T-Mobile comes out cheaper. If you get some kind fo discount on Sprint, fine- that will obviously play into it. But for the average joe T-Mobile is cheaper, and they don't even require a contract.

And this is all taken straight from the websites, no hunting for secret deals or discounts...

So I'm sorry if you don't get my math, but it couldn't be clearer. T-Mobile is cheaper than Sprint, and they don't require a contract. And while you may not personally get better T-Mobile coverage in your area, there are PLENTY of people who do get better T-Mobile service than Sprint- including the millons of people who leave Sprint every quarter and/or the millions of people whio join T-Mobile every quarter and never look back...

By the way, you can get Google Navigation for free, which is better than Sprint Navigation. You can also get www.amazegps.com for free which is just as good if not better than Sprint Navigation. Sprint tv is worthless and justin.tv is way better (and free).

Im just saying for what u get with sprints plans its a better deal. anymobile.. anytime for free.. ( free calling to any cell number ) to me thats worth it alone.. ya sprint nav.. is nice. and there others u can use for free. but just like phone choices its up to the user on what he likes..

I say sprint and verizon in the same sentence cause around here. they both have the same coverage... every period!!!!! but the other 2 dont... end is its all bout location..



In the end i could care less if sprint losses customers.. its still not enough that t-mobile will pass them up. at least not for awhile.. unless they bought sprint.. then we would both be laughing....point.. im happy with my 90 dollar family plan with unlimited call to whoever i want.. and unlimited data and text.. my wife is happy.. my kids are happy.. and really enjoy my rooted hero running fresh!!!!..

Well you also have to factor in Sprint's nickel and dime fees ($5 per month if you're not on autopay, another $5 per month if you don't get the electronic statements, new higher regulatory fees, etc).

I didn't include any of that in my figures. If you start to lok at all that, T-Mobile is significantly cheaper- and no contract.

LOL, no wonder you don't get my math- it appears you just plain don't get any math, lol.

I am going to put this in the simplest terms possible for you... the phone is not free on Sprint. Just like you have to pay for the phone on T-Mobile, you have to pay for it on Sprint too.

Look at the total here. Add up all 24 months of that Sprint contract, plus the cost of the phone. That is the total cost of the contract. Follow me? Now, divide that total cost of the contract by 24 (the number of months in the contract). That is the average monthly fee.

Do that for both T-Mobile and Sprint, and T-Mobile is cheaper. And that is without having to sign a contract on T-Mobile- so you can leave them whenever you want, and that is also without factoring in the nickel and dime fees Sprint hits you with (which increased this month).

I paid nothing for my got 2 free bb tours through sprint.. ..then i sold mine for 300 on craigslist..and bought a new hero. so for me i paid nothing for my hero.. plus my discount. i pay 95 a month for my plan before taxes.. so i pay 117 a month.. so thats is a way better deal than t-mobile could ever offer.. and its cheaper on or off contract..lol

Im the exception to the rule.. but everyone i know uses their work discount.. my bro uses his autozone.. other friends use their walmart discounts.. does t-mobile do that for u?

That same kind of stuff happens at T-Mobile too. You act like Sprint is the only one giving discounts, lol. Go to the T-Mobile forum over at Howard Forums and see for yourself- all of those guys are using phones they got for free and on super discounted plans.

I was just trying to do a straight up plan for plan comparison. It wasn't a contest about who could get the biggest discount. There is no way to prove or even qualify where EVERYONE can get the best discount. I was just showing what the advertised plans were, and you can start the haggling for discounts form there.

T-Mobile is cheaper- period. I'm sorry that seems to upset you so much, but it's still true. Go to sprint.com and go to t-mobile.com and see for yourself.

even more plus is a good deal.. but not cheap enough for alot of peeps to switch..

why.. cause most people count month to month cost.. they dont think ahead to hey i can save 300 a year doing this.. same with most people buying a car. they want the lowest payment and end up with a 7 year loan,lol

so your plan is cheaper. but if u tack on the cost of the phone the monthly plan goes up.. thats my whole point..

wouldnt u rather save up and buy the phone outright and not have to pay on the phone fo 2 years. when like me u u trade out phone every couple months..

im just saying if u compare without the cost without adding the cost of the phone into your monthly plan yes its a good deal and cheaper than sprints.a sub price..

im sorry but i would never pay on a phone over 2 years.. thats like stupid people who rent to own.. and pay 2000 dollars for a 500 dollar tv.lol yes i know they just split the cost over 24 months with no interest..
