Re: [12/09/10] BlackBerry Swiss Army Knife v1.9.1
Dear friends of the BBSAK staff,
thank you so much fro your app, looks like it is really a great tool. One kind question. I often receive requests to save contacts from BlackBerries bricked with "app error 205" or "app error 523" or "jvm error 102" What can be done with BBSAK to save contacts in such bricked phones? And maybe save sms and maybe emails too? Thank you for any tip and I'll be pleased to donate for this tool. R. |

but other than that, unless the user had previously backed up the information, there is no way to retrieve the information on the phone. all 3 of those errors are system errors. the solution you'll find around the web from people whose experienced theses errors are to reload the OS.

Re: [12/09/10] BlackBerry Swiss Army Knife v1.9.1
hi i am new to the forum but have been using bbsak for a while.thanks for your hard work .this is one of my favorite apps.but i am running pc with vista 64 bit i used bbsak 1.7 it worked well.i upgraded 1st to 1.8 then 1.9.11 .it works well except in one respect.when i run backup apps it freezes at 100%.the program freezes the only way i can close it is to kill it with the task manager.the backup is made but like 2 others here i have backup alx but no jad .i have no more apps now with 1.8 or 1.9 then i did with 1.7.i even removed 1.8 and 1.9 and went back to 1.7.yesterday it works .i like this app so much i donated and received a no nag 1.9 but even that one does same .this is annoying .can you send me a no nag 1.7 to use .i don't know what else to do.

Re: HELP [12/09/10] BlackBerry Swiss Army Knife v1.9.1
hey i downloaded the BBSAK onto my computer because i want to download Version 6 onto my bb 9700. I downloaded the bbsak and version 6 successfully. When i open BBSAK, it says it cannot detect my device, even though my bb is connected to my computer and it even shows on the phone and computer (that its connected). i try putting my device password in BBSAK also but it still cannot detect my device. Can you please tell me why BBSAK cant detect my device?

Re: [12/09/10] BlackBerry Swiss Army Knife v1.9.1
Hi,
I'm using Windows 7 32Bit with MS .Net Framework version 4. I've tried numerous times to install and uninstalled the BBSAK but still have the same problem whenever I click on "Connect" to my 9700 it will prompt me "No Device Detected". There is any PIN displayed. But I can connect to the BB Desktop. Kindly advise me how to resolve this issue. Thank you very much. |
