hey tiad is it better to o/c less than 700 mhz? You seem to know a lot about the overclocking. Right now I over clock 786432 mhz.

I have done a lot of testing with oc setting. and i found that increasing the first 2 number 566800, 57, 58, 59, 60, 61, 62, 63, 64, etc.... you will see a very fast stable build. but you have to find the right setting for your phone. I believe that RHOD devices have different performance.

yes people could have the same phone. same hardware etc. but they performed different.

my friend have the same phone as me. same build frx03. but his phone it slow. he got everything that I got on my phone.

I bought a windows 7 PC today. I have to catch up on everything. but I got good news for everyone.

one question guys did you also overclock in windows? im just wondering cuz as its been said b4 that each phone has is own overclock limit ( some more some less my 1st phone maximum overclock in windows mobile was 787 but my second one was able to push 825 overclock and would be rock solid stable) so is the problem with overclocking the hardware ie in windows u also wouldnt be able to push it past 606800 or is it a problem with the port?

im not sure if i explained myself well so hopefully someone got wht i was trying to say.

updated tests w/ 12/12 Kernel from Post #1 (@700Mhz):

FPS2D: 28 FPS
Linpack: 4.527 MFLOPS
Neocore: 18.8 FPS
Quadrant: 53 (but 3D FPS between 5-13)

so tiad with your new build.prop and your froyo.user i have been averaging 21 fps on neocore just to let you know.

also. when i get home i will run some test on GPU ACCELERATION. if everything goes as plan. we may see fps 3d go up from 21 to 25+. thanks

I was averaging the same after adding the 12/12 kernel and latest drivers.... but only for one boot... after that i just got a boot animation loop and never got back into Android.

Had to roll back to previous settings and kernel and have not tried the drivers on that setup yet.
