Anyone gotten Angry Birds Lite to work on TP2? - Page 7

Damn, I just double checked screenshots online at what it's supposed to look like, and I do have the white background.

This has outlines of trees overlayed on it, which is what made me think that the background wasn't just white, but in fact more than the white background with trees overlayed there should be colors with the trees overlayed.

I have the exact same problem with the white backgrounds and the random glitchy block graphics. It is still playable though.

I think it was ACL that mentioned awhile back at how much better the Galaxy S is compared to our TP2's. It is SO true. I know we are just hacking for the fun of it, but they really do not compare when it comes down to it. The OS itself is close, but eveything else is apples and oranges.

Slightly off topic but I've tried a few games, I've gotten two to work so far, Robo Defense and Fruit Ninja. Both run really well. I've tried Angry Birds Lite and Castle Warriors which have not worked and I'll be trying out some more in a little bit. I'm using neopeeks latest with the latest kernel here

i installed the 2 part lite version posted somewhere in this thread, but when i try to run it, the screen goes black for about 2 seconds, then goes back to my home screen.
anyone know where i can get ahold of another copy?

Are you trying on Neo or xda?

Are you trying on Neo or xda?

You have to use Neo to play Angry Birds for now.

Angry Birds is officially released now, and I can confirm that it works on our TP2's!

I've got the official release running on my TP2 Android now.. it works and its playable, but very laggy and seems to be a lot of graphic glitches. But, I sorta expected it anyway!

getjar.com is a great site... hadnt heard of them before they got exclusive use of Angry Birds... btw I've yet to load it up so I dont know how it runs yet.
