Amazing indeed!

Also working:
Power Off can really turn the device off (soft reset)
Wifi-WPA, no problem at all , remember information after reboot
zoom bar seems work on browser

Expecting SMS, GPS and market also.

Thanks for your brilliant job!

Man, this thread blew up overnight. I'm jealous of all the activity. A few random notes:

those are from the File System ChecK (DOSFSCK, specifically) that is run on the sd card before the rootfs is loaded. Every time it runs, it creates a record of it. You can delete these (or make a script to delete them) without harm.

The market issue is something to do with the 2010-02-27 xdandroid package. It's across all devices, and will persist until a fix comes down from babijoee -- hopefully such a fix will come along today or tomorrow. (And hopefully it's a simple thing, for his sake. )

When it does, you should be able to just grab the updated xdandroid package and drop in a new system.sqsh.

That's the Android system crashing. It happens occasionally. Sometimes it'll boot back to the lock screen without complaint, and you can go on your merry way. Sometimes it'll just keep reloading that shimmery X forever, until you reboot.

(Sometimes, even after a reboot, it'll just keep loading the X, and you'll need to trash your data.img and start fresh. But that's rare.)

Thumbs up Re: [2/27/2010] Google Android for TP2 CDMA [In Dev]

thanks makkonen ill delete them manually, when they start getting on my nerves lol jk its not that bad, they reminded me of the files that a scandisk/system check does on a hard drive

and just to make things even more clear should we be checking this site ?

http://glemsom.anapnea.net/android/htc-msm-android/

or this one

http://xdandroid.southcape.org/rootfs/

or both ?

Are these builds "rooted"? If not, are they rootable?

Re: [2/27/2010] Google Android for TP2 CDMA [In Dev]

I would love to move to android but need some medical applications to work- can someone try the skyscape reader- after I install it (you need to allow "nonmarketplace" apps to install in the settings) it refuses to launch- I see a brief flash and then it dumps back out into the home screen.
The app is available here- http://www.skyscape.com/Mobile/Login...2fDefault.aspx

Wirelessly posted (TP2 Biznitch: Mozilla/5.0 (Linux; U; Android 2.1; en-us; XDANDROID Build/ERD72) AppleWebKit/530.17 (KHTML, like Gecko) Version/4.0 Mobile Safari/530.17)

I'm liking this build so far. Very stable and fast. Wifi works great too! Posting from my TP2 as we speak!

Re: [2/27/2010] Google Android for TP2 CDMA [In Dev]

Hrmm......For some reason I still can not get it to see connect via VZW. Seems like it still only wants to find GSM connections. Anyone else still having issues with this?

On a brighter note WIFI is working GREAT!!!! Great job!!!
