I haven't had a chance to recreate option B again, but it's worth a shot. I'll try to grab logs and post my findings.
I tested this with my wife. She called me and I make scenario A: audio died.
Then reboot to fix the audio.
Second call from my wife and I make scenario B: audio doesn't die.
Then third call from my wife and I make scenario B again: audio died this time. Odd thing ...
If you need logs for every each scenario I can post it next day. In our country is too late now

Another problem - after last kernel update from 01312012 I have problem with switching G(E)/3G data. My office location has 3G data from my operator, home location only EDGE data. Switch from E to 3G works perfectly, switch from 3G to E doesn't work. In my home phone still indicating 3G data when I arrived back from my office, even if here is only EDGE. But data transfer in this case still working perfecly. So, I know this is only cosmetic thing, but ...
With previous build switching from 3G to E sometimes worked, sometimes not. After update never switch this indicator.

Did you try using the keyboard? I recall being able to use arrow+enter to navigate.

yeah on my rhod400 device it is up/down with the volume buttons, and ENTER on the keyboard to select. there is no other button that works as select, i have to open the phone and use the enter/return button. not an issue really though, just an inconvenience.

but i myself have been trying for a week now to get NAND working. i finally figured it all out, i can get all the steps to work perfectly,; i can even manually erase the phone through fastboot or task29 it in windows. i have done both multiple times, and flashed the nand images multiple times... and every time once it "successfully" completes the image install, i reboot the phone and it starts up LK, goes through what appears to be a linux boot process then immediately restarts the phone and it loops like that. i have to plug the phone into a usb port on my netbook so LK starts in fastboot mode just to get back into recovery.

im lost now. 4 hours before i had to wake up for work last night i put the phone into bootloader mode and flashed winmo back on it. worked fine today, actually i think formatting the phone a bunch of times helped because the phone was working speedy as hell, and it wasnt even overclocked.

btw, my device is security sim unlocked, with 2.32wu radio (another accomplishment i recently achieved! was very proud to turn my $50 used phone into a world phone!)

Its going to get less painfull after the next LK. I made it so its possible to update LK from LK itself using fastboot. This way you wont need to wipe your phone anymore to actually update LK. This will come in handy over time. But the first time will always be a painful NBH install.

Hey, good deal ... wondering if there is any chance to get CWM recovery working again?

Best regards,

...?

I've used CWM for months, works great. Better than the AOSP recovery IMHO, as the buttons actually work .

I have problem with battery life from begins my play with nand (battery life about 7 hours) on my Rhod100. This weekend I found out one interesting thing for me. I charging my device completelly off (pressed power button and choose Power off) all the night. From this time my battery life is about 24 hours. It's very, very interesting and incomprehensible for me. May be help you ...
