Question Re: How-to: Cube Edits/mods/creation

Really appreciate all the info... Please can you help? I have recently got a Tytn11 through Orange. I have downloaded lots of software to try and get the HTC home screen and a functional cube that I can modify. Im new to this lark and so far managed to apply the htc screen and a version of the cube, both are working but im struggling with modifications

1. Does my titan need unlocking before i start?
2. What downloads do you recommend (got the regedit download but can't seem to get it to run)
3. Is there a sequence of downloads that I could follow in order to acheive a fully functional, editable tytan as those seen on youtube?

Any advice appreciated...

Re: How-to: Cube Edits/mods/creation

Dang, I changed the path to one of the apps in the reg soft reset, and it still does not work.
Getting a message that says "app can't be open, either on of the components missing or it's not signed"..........
ugh.

Yea, so on my last smoke break just now, I realized I forgot one key part of the file name, the .EXE
Now I just gotta do some work with some icons now, but that will wait till I get home and have the proper software to make decent icons.

You should be able to go in to settings->system->Remove Programs and select the vista cube. It would be better if you asked in the official vistacube thread or i'm sure if you search and read you would have fund this answer.

Re: How-to: Cube Edits/mods/creation

This is a great writeup, but there is something that I've been looking for that I haven't been able to find in any of the cube threads.

Where can I change the paths to the 4 icons on the bottom of the QuickDial screen?

I actually don't even want to change them, but I'd like to create my own shortcut elsewhere to the Call History, so I've been trying to find out how to launch that with a custom link and haven't been able to find any info.

Thanks
