This is an excellent point, Sergey. I use Elecont each and every weekend to target the times that my family will be outside playing and to be able to determine how much sun-block we will wear.

I know it sounds silly, but this time of year, temprature is not an indicator of UV power ... it can be a nice mild mid-70s temp, with UV above 8. Twenty minutes in that sun without sunblock and my little babies (5 and 3) would have, at minimum, a mild sunburn.

The new version of the Elecont Weather added weather clock with the probability of precipitation and the level of solar radiation. This makes it very convenient to plan the next 12 hours for avoid rain and broiling sun. To switch modes - click in the center of the dial.
The new version also adds new units of measurement: nautical miles for visibility and Knot for wind speed. These values are applied in the Navy and Air Force.

I have a couple of toddlers and I plan all of our outdoor activities around the UV intensity rating. Anything up to 4 and we're good to go outside for up to 60 minutes without sun-block. Anything above 5 and we get all lubed up with SPF >50. Anything above 9 and we play it safe and hide out.

Good app, excellent titanium panel as well.

Small thing about the panel though, on Pages 2-12 in the titanium panel showing the long range forecast days the font size for the tempurate High/Low is too large and the low temparature is being cut off with "...". Editing the plugin.xml for qvga resolutions and changing "TempDetail" fontsize="17" to fontsize="12" and everything is viewable. After install you can edit the titanium320*320.cpr and change the same value.

Only other thing I would suggest is the ability to link to a radar image via the titanium panel and/or the app as well. http://www.gps-weather-radar.com/
