This is an excellent point, Sergey. I use Elecont each and every weekend to target the times that my family will be outside playing and to be able to determine how much sun-block we will wear.

I know it sounds silly, but this time of year, temprature is not an indicator of UV power ... it can be a nice mild mid-70s temp, with UV above 8. Twenty minutes in that sun without sunblock and my little babies (5 and 3) would have, at minimum, a mild sunburn.
