Re: SPB Mobile Shell 3.5

Had not seen this in the rest of the pages so I apologize if I missed it. Does anyone know how to add a date to an entry in the tasks widget? I use a bill reminder program (Cash Organizer)that posts my bill reminders as tasks. I have it set on a monthly reminder loop, so when I complete a payment, it loops to the next payment date. Without a date, I cannot tell what has been completed. Also how can I configure my layouts to work in landscape, just manually play around with it til it works? On both professional and lifestyle, everything is jumbled up in landscape. Didn't have that problem with 3.1. Thanks!

No, the screen turns dark on the lock eventually both in TouchFlo and in MS. What I would like is something equivalent to the "Turn Screen Off" option in the menu when you push and hold the power button. In other words, something that locks and blanks the screen instantly.

Jrowe1977,
So tell us what you like about it? I want to improve the way SMS texting works currently, Does it do that? I also would like to get at my applications with smaller icons without having to scroll a hundred of them before I get to where I want to be.
Does it improve battery life? Can it be un-installed easily?
I'm about 75% i'm going with it, but I still need to hear more before I take the dive.

There's a 15 day, full-featured trial, so you can give it a shot!

I'm a little bit torn right now, because I enjoy the Mobile Shell a lot, but there's a few things I miss from TouchFLO. Trying to decide if I should buy it outright or just stick with TF.

What is it you miss in Touchflo? I wonder if a new version of touchflo is coming for Winmo 6.5?

You can usually find a coupon and get it for a little less. I downloaded the trial and then HAD to have it. It is a fantastic program, especially when combined with mSkip's (xda-developers) Ultimate or Elegance themes. FWIW, I give it my highest recommendation.
