Re: OneDialer - Google Voice Internet SMS and Dialer

awesome app even if it doesn't look right on my sprint touch. I love it... now I don't have to carry so many phones... and the price... phenomenal... took a sec to figure the way the calling works but cool none the less...

Re: OneDialer - Google Voice Internet SMS and Dialer

I think having a browser favorite to gv is much quicker to dial out than using this app. This app (for me) is slow to bring up, slow to go to contacts and slow to scroll through contacts. I would try idialer but I have no desire to change my default dialer.

Re: OneDialer - Google Voice Internet SMS and Dialer

IMO a few extra seconds is worth making a free outgoing call this is the best GV app I see this far...until google makes one which who knows might don't be better than this one. Unless the official GV app is intergraded with the contacts and dailer where you have a choice of regular call/sms with a contact (which I don't see why it wouldn't be that way) than its onedailer FTW for me

I agree - great app but I am sticking with GVDialer - I can still use my default dialer and contacts... I have to wait the few more seconds but it works very well.

The SMS thingy is not working for me on HTC Pro for Sprint. Also the list of contacts doesn't load.

Re: OneDialer - Google Voice Internet SMS and Dialer

Anyone using this on a sprint diamond, not only can i not use onedialer, the google voice mobile site doesn't work either. When i use either of these, the phone on the receiving end rings, but i don't hear the phone ringing on my end. GV only works when i dial my GV#...#2...the # i want to call. Any thoughts?

Thanks

At first I was thinking you may have VM pin set and not configured. Give GVDialer a shot. Can you launch a call from your PC using the GV web page?

Thanks for responding...I stumbled on the solution. I have an Airave so I force my phone into 1X mode when I'm home, that's when the did NOT go through. When I put the phone back into "Hybrid" (EVDO) the calls went through using the google voice site and Onedialer.
Thanks again
