Scrolling in normal Contacts are fine. I have the problem in 21728 and 21731.
If i use normal MS Dialer all if fine....

There are known issues with Phone Canvas on WM6.5 when scrolling through the call history/contact list - you can scroll through a couple correctly but then then menu doesn't rewrite correctly and ends up with a big block of colour. Is that what you mean? If so, not much we can do about it.

There was fix posted while ago.

This doesn't fix the issue 100% as the contacts stop scrolling sometimes. Also incoming calls don't arrive till about 3 rings in

i have been using fix for 2 days on kaiser and works great rings on time and always scrolls.

Yeah, sorry, that's what I meant.

It rings on time with no lock, but if you have screen lock then you are screwed.
