I have looked at this as well and it looks good. Just a thought, is the correct rev. # being selected for the build?

Has it been already signed? I have had the problem in the past modifying dll's and could not ever get them to resign after they had been signed before. I have to go back to the original dll file, mod it and then resign it.

Re: WM 6.5 Kitchen QVGA and VGA Developer Edition
I have never built for the apache. But was looking at it and seen on the top of ppck there is a rev # to select in a drop down menu. I am asuming that this must match bootloader vers. or somethng. This was just a thought. So you or someone else may know more about this part. |

Re: WM 6.5 Kitchen QVGA and VGA Developer Edition
Yes, "rev #" - just mean bootloader version. There can be its version influences it? But with 21857 and 23412 builds all is normal

Re: WM 6.5 Kitchen QVGA and VGA Developer Edition
Don't know if others have discovered this already. Using COM3 (23053), if you touch and hold the SIP button in the soft key bar, it will bring up the good ole input mode selection menu so you can choose among the cooked in SIP options. I only include NullKB, HTC Full QWERTY, HTC Compact QWERTY and HTC Phone Keypad.
Note - if it doesn't pop up the selection menu, check the following key and make sure it's set to 1: HKLM\Software\HTC\ezsip\EnableSipMenu=dword:1 Finally, I'm using version 1_5_32548_0 which (I believe) is from the Verizon HTC Touch Pro CDMA maintenance release. It works fine with 23047, 49, 52, 53 and 21815 (those are the 6.5 builds I've tried it with). At least one newer version had a nasty habit of recording five key presses for every tap on the compact QWERTY keyboard.

Re: WM 6.5 Kitchen QVGA and VGA Developer Edition
I smell a 23420 release really soon....hehehe Thanks Da_G
Update: It's up. Including ALLDPI's for 0409! According to Da_G this is now ahead of com3 as far as GUI features go. http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=544445 Last edited by joojoobee666; 09-29-2009 at 04:17 PM. |
