If it's a DLL, wouldn't ResHack do the job? I can't try at the moment, as I don't have the files with me now.

maybe, never tried a reshack to fix that.. if you search inside files you will find that in i think cplmain or shellres.dll.409.mui
it's fairly easy to do just very touchy so carefully hex

I do not have time right now to port to other devices. so you have to do that. I am working on a VGA right now. I saw some differences in HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Inbox\Settings but those didn't change anything. I'll try my hand at the xbeta.cn one (I heard that one was working), but it'd be good to know why it's not working. Thanks.

May be we can work together on the sms. I know now the only thing that make xbeta sys work on tmail becasue I copy all 409 folder from the sys that I used from Da_G beta kitchen beta 6. And I can repeat that on conflipper QVGA sys 21169 as well. It is narrow to only Redist_Lang_0409 folder. When I use this folder from Da_G beta 6 sys, tamil from conflipper QVGA is work now. I try to compare the file but I do not know, which one is different between the two.
