Is there a post on this forum that explains the branches of 6.5? I'm just trying to understand why 23071 is later than 23420 and the differences between the two.

What is the reg edit to stop the screen calibration on installation on the OS the first time?

My touch screen no longer works and I tried to fix it by re-installing the OS (6.1). Now I am stuck on the Align Screen screen where I need to tap in the middle of the screen.

I have tried mDesktop etc but they don't work on the app (it does work on the very first screen where it says Tap the screen to set up.... but not the next screen).

I can edit the reg with MobileReg Editor.

But that calibration data will be different for each device. Prolly won't matter if yours isn't working anymore though.

i asked this at XDA but as always people seem to have a bad day every day there.

anyway, does anybody remember what reg edit is for the device to continue playing music while the screen goes to sleep?
