21854 is really good in performance, ultra fast! Its features are same as 21851 but the blurred font on titanium that appeared in 21851 is gone. Great build in my openion!

WM6.5 21854 CE OS 5.2.3790 Sep 4 2009 02:25:44 for vga and qvga with added missing stuff.

Touch Pro for some reason doesn't get the Task Manager link in the START MENU anymore, but the Diamond (which uses same 192.rar) does. Is it in the XIP? joojoobee can you please check it? Thanks!

That would be in the initflashfiles.dat in the Herman_Core.rar file under the OEM\OEM_Lang_0409 if I had to guess. Back that one up and replace it with the one attached to see if it helps.
