It doesn't surprise me...they allow their builds to float out on sites such as this and xda - where they have people tweak and improve their builds and provide feedback to M$ for free. Then once it get close to the time for the beta to go public... they lock everything down claiming copyright infringement. That way they get to keep the cow and get the milk for free.

This is an old "feature" I guess...when you change the Today theme on the Start menu it doesn't update until you reboot the phone. I have seen this on WM 6.5 21501 official ppck release as well.

This is odd... I just recooked the ROM and it works.. I guess it's flaky somehow..

So what was he posting that's different than what the rest of us are posting? We are all doing the same thing?

joojoobee666 their is a "tmp" file in the Base_DPI_96 folder, hope it is not of any use as I have removed it before cooking.

Question, I am trying to inject some .cab files in the \Windows folder so I can run them with Tier AutoRun, how the heck do I do it? I can't find instructions anywhere...

Nope, that must have been a leftover from reversemode. It does that sometimes.

I am going to upload one more update the the 96DPI anyhow. Andrewsh at XDA added the new icons to the modules. I knew they were changed, but don't have a way to add resources to dll's/exe's, only to modify current resources. Apparently he does. So I will make sure that is removed from the next 96DPI I post up. In the mean time, the for the heads up, but it won't hurt a thing taking it out or leaving it in. :D

There were some icons (resource) added into to the shellres.96.dll and outres.96.dll. I have no way to ADD items to a dll (If someone could tell me how, that would be cool), but I can MODIFY resources that are already in the dll. Since I could not ADD in additional items, I could not make the new changes. No big deal, since everyone seems to be working fine.

I updated the 96DPI on my post anyhow just to make them closer to the real deal. :) http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showpost.p...postcount=7522
