I'm interested in knowing what to do as I purchased a Diamond, I like the thinner look and less weight of the Diamond, sucks it doesn't have SD but that's ok with me, 4gb is enough, I have one on my TP and I haven't used it past 2gb yet, including some music I like and listen via Bluetooth on my CarPC :)

That kitchen you currently have HAS the os.nb.payload file. You can use XIPporterEx to inject a newer XIP into it before cooking.

I am working out some 96DPI issues since we don't have a source, and I have no REAL conversion tools, only Da_G does.

There were some significant changes in the UI (Mainly theming, but I found some others). I've resized a bunch of png's and edited some tsk files. Also, MS moved some of the resource dll's that used to be in the Common files over to the DPI files. I am merging the changes that I can find (and make) into the 23037 96DPI files in hopes of some good bastardized 96DPI files. So it may be a bit before I post anything.

You could use that too (that's what my kitchen uses). I think you just need to use the following:

Code:

implantxip.exe -xip xip.bin -payload OS.nb.payload -imgstart 0 -ULDR -pp %pp% -NOCERT
Where %pp%=pagepool size (probably use 8 or 10 here)

Thanks much!

You have to install SetVolume 0.6.1, press up or down, and then press the speaker icon that comes up, then you can set your in-call volume. I had a Topaz Volume Control on my kitchen that was messing it all up, it would lower the volume and I could barely hear. So I unchecked the volume control and installed SetVolume 0.6.1 and it started to work with the WM 6.5 built-in volume (sucks by the way, but it works.)

This works for me with out set volume. Removingg Topaz volume is prolly what fixed it. Part of the Sys in 23037. When in call if you attempt to adjust volume it opens the 6.5 tasbar drop down then I have to tap speaker icon, then in call volume works

Yes, it works without SetVolme, but it uses the dual volume control from wm 6.5 which is ugly. SetVolume has a nice Topaz-looking volume control.

Re: WM 6.5 Kitchen QVGA and VGA Developer Edition

Testing 23041 on HTC VOGUE QVGA, noticed 1 REALLY BAD bug: If you change theme and select a WM 6.5 theme, it gets HHHUUUGGGEEE, with graphical issues and the softkeys get EGG SHAPE like. Should've left it alone! LOL

If you switch to a regular WM 5/6 you loose ability to exit of Home Settings (start menu, ok & softkeys dissapear) and breaks everything!

So yeah, leave alone in Classic blue! What's the registry key for active theme? I can't do anything with my phone except SEND, D-PAD, END, VOLUME, CAMERA and ON/OFF buttons. It even breaks TASK MANAGER!

Task bar icons do not launch settings for icon when touched/pressed.

NOTE: I have Manila 2D installed. I dont know if it will do it without Manila 2D.

Nope, I already found the problem. It's in the theme files themselves. I copied the wrong ones in :S. I'll fix em up as soon as I can.

UPDATE: 96DPI are updated on original post. http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showpost.p...postcount=7522

Here is a message I don't like to see. Seems MS didn't like Da_G posting stuff. Assuming it was from MS anyways.

Yeah, looks like the complaint was at Rapidshare anyhow:
