Confirmed! Except I think the alignment of the background png is off (there's a gap at the bottom that is not covered). Maybe the Top value needs adjusted? I'll try some different values.

Update, yeah. Got it 100%. I Change "Top="-52"" to "Top="0" for the Gridscene files and it's all back to good!

Now its 75% prefect!

Last problem, the background image is set'ed to Default_stwater_***_***.gif. That means, background isn't changed when theme is changed. :/

Edit: My bad and my bad theme. :) Its working 100%...

Don´t use a gif file

It was the theme problem.

Theme ( tsk ) must include stwater_***_***.jpg and tdywater_***_***.jpg ( Total 4 files ). If not, you will face background trouble in startmenu and this is for sure. :)

Ok titan user thanks to joojoobee666 and blazingwolf I have the 23009 startmenu distortion fixed with the below oem in ppck.

Download extract to user_oem folder and cook. I use the attached theme for a pure black blackground.
