If anyone is interested, or if this helps, here's the files I pulled from the original 23009 dump and arranged in Ervius Visual Kitchen for the CDMA Touch Pro (Herman). Adobeflash and browsingie are recmodded already and the ROM folders/xip/MSXIPKernel is good to go. You will need to supply WinCENLS_WWE and .ROM since I have those in my OEM folder. It's working great for me.

Hi there, is it possible to post the XIP 23009 instead of the whole kitchen. I've found very strange issue from other 23009 XIP that I've d/l. Thanks in advance.

Hello,

Anyone has startmenu graphic issue ( see the attached screenshot ) on 23009?

I had the same problem with 2192X and now on 23009. Haven't checked 23008.

As da_g said, the m$ modifications are now moved from 219XX to 23XXX. ](*,)

Any solutions? I will try replacing gwes.exe.

Edit: Sorry, if this problem has reported already.

Best Regards

Well, although that does sounds rude, but I did that because till that time, nobody was responding for the 23008 sys and xip. It was available on XDA as Da_G's Touch Pro kitchen and atleast one more user requested those files. Since I was done with the downloading and had tested the downloaded files by making a ROM out of it, I just thought of posting it for benefit of others. Plus i do posted the source of the files in the post itself, so anybody who downloaded it knows where to look in case of any trouble. But if its that bad of an idea, I will refrain from doing that in future.

@Cracing: As far as i know, that problem can be solved using this line in your startmenu_global_***x***.cpr :

<Image ID="Background" Left="xx" Top="yy" Visible="True" Opacity="1.0" ScalingAlgorithm = "TriLinear" Source="ConfettiPlus::WallpaperBitmap"/>

I tried it but now, I don't see icons. Just the background. :drunken:

In my original PPCKitchen post are a bunch of XIPs that can all be used for porting here ->http://forum.ppcgeeks.com/showpost.p...postcount=6137

Also, in that other file you are referring to is the original XIP as it came from the BIN file monkyebape at xbeta.cn posted. It can be found under the ROM\Shared\23009 folder.
