Re: WM 6.5 Kitchen QVGA and VGA Developer Edition
How do I set the default Today theme to automatically be Classic Blue after I flash the ROM? In 21198, whenever I hard reset, there is no theme, just a plain blue background and title bars, so then I have to set Classic Blue manually from the Settings->Personal->Today menu. This behaviour didn't happen for me in 21195.
I notice in HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Today, a lot of things get added under there when you select a theme. Also, there is a file called mxipcold_wpc_2.provxml which has the settings for Classic Blue, but it doesn't appear to be executed. EDIT: Nevermind, it works now. I simply replaced the base_dpi_96_resh_240_resv_320 folder with the 21195 one.. and it worked, even though they have the same files. Go figure! Last edited by dsi76; 04-03-2009 at 09:11 AM. |

Re: WM 6.5 Kitchen QVGA and VGA Developer Edition
I updated the first post of my thread over at XDA if anyone is interested. I am looking to post my SYS files there sometime tomorrow. (QVGA). They originated from "dan--htc-touch" and have been tweaked here and there. Just to give another option for folks. I will pack it up for PPCKitchens. If you aren't using PPCKitchens, you can just combine the <21198_Common.rar> and the <21198_96DPI_0409.rar> for your <SYS>. Be sure to add the OEM's that I will include in the package to the OEM folder in your kitchen, and be sure they are selected when you go to cook it up. You will need to port the XIP (Titan) to a payload file if you are not useing PPCKitchens (Or a 21198 XIP tdhat you may already have for your device). I believe I still have the one's "dan-htc-touch" posted earlier on, if so, I will include them in the package so you don't have to hunt 50 pages back, or where ever they are now....The XIP is the one that was provided, I do not get credit for it, all I did was drop it in. Dan is the one to credit for that!
