1/16/10 UPDATE* PANDORA! VGA + Registry fix (iPollesion)!

im not sure what version of pandora i have but im currently using an alltel touch pro with mightymikes 4.7.2 rom and i have no problem with it not playing the whole song through and i have no *fixes* installed, just the resolution bc the program is for qvga, but its nothing for me to complain over, i dont use it that much and when i do, its tolerable, but it would be very nice if the software owner would make a vga update. im sure many users would greatly appreciate it. but when has microsoft or apple or any other corp listened to end users? only after it matters

I cant believe you have called out people to ask for youtube proof and I deliver and now you have nothing to say despite the fact that you basically called people liars about this especially since you have been on this site all freakin day. Where's the credibility?

Are using wifi connection or the sprint data connection? In an earlier post another member pointed out that it worked on wifi but didnt on the sprint data connection. One other thing I notice in your video is the phone didn't appear to go into standby. Have you made any changes to the power settings?

It was definitely Sprint connection. You can tell that on the video if you try really hard. I must admit that it was a rather pitiful video in low light, but I was in a hurry. I dont think my backlight dimmed due to the fact that that song was a) short and b) I was touching the capacitive buttons during the demo some, because it does dim if I let it sit there and play

Not sure if you are referring to me or not but I think, as the last guy you threw this at, who the #$%^ needs to prove that they are not lying with a video from youtube to satisfy the likes of you or anyone else?? I mean really...

Further more, I can't believe people are seriously crying about it not working, removing all things Pandora proclaiming Pandora as a company sucks.

Last time I checked, Pandora is free and there are other ways to get music on the phones. Not to mention it's not something that shipped on our phones LIKE OPERA which seems to be a never ending upgrade opportunity.

I'm sure Pandora will get this right for us, they had it on a bunch of regular phones for a good long while. I don't know how it played through them, but I do remember being jealous that my mini computer (PPC 6700 & 6800) couldn't play it at all.

Just wanted to say that it works fine on my Axim x51v. Visually it's ugly, but that's due to my device being VGA. Music plays all the way through on WiFi (I'm usually in WiFi hotspots.) I do not have a cell so I can't report streaming on a data plan.
