Looking for a OBD II software solution
With gas prices many people have bought a product called Scangage II and found success monitoring their MPG... http://www.scangauge.com/
I would like to have a product like this that I can use with my 700Wx and have found that there are a few options available...Here are a couple..... http://www.qcontinuum.org/obdgauge/ Has anyone tried anything like this? The site has a freeware program but I will need to purchase a plug for the car that is either wired or bluetooth. Interested in a DIY or review of a successful solution.

Re: Looking for a OBD II software solution
this would be great. i've got an obd I f-body and i hate lugging my laptop in the car to do any kind of data logging. thirdgen.org has instructions on how to make your own cable to connect to a laptop. im sure it wouldnt be hard to change it a little to connect via mini usb.
edit: nvm, didnt see it was obdII only. oh well. Last edited by ajk511; 08-17-2008 at 10:21 PM. |
