Click menu, settings, sirius, uncheck enable sirius proxy, and click on the clear channel cache, wait about a min, click save then exit. Restart C-apisro loggin and wait for the channels to reload then try again. No the song info will not come up, but the channel load times will be much faster. All the channels you listed work for me.

So, you guys get in using an Axim??
There is the problem: WiFi.
If you are connecting your phone to the internet via WiFi, you are not using the phone's data connection and the app will not work.

C-ApiSRO is an application that runs on its own, using the phone's data connection. That is why the warning that you should have an unlimited data plan.

Likewise, if you are using your phone's data plan to connect to the internet and using your phone as a WiFi router, many have reported that the app, and others, like Outlook, will not work. I'm guessing because the third-party OS (ALL phone OSes are third-party "extensions" of WM) cannot handle two concurrent streaming data connections.

No, I'm not using an Axim. HTC Touch Pro.

I tried these tips. Still some channels work some don't. I tried uninstalling/reinstalling, soft resets. It's a bummer when it show channel 24, and the channels symbol but never plays the channel. From my computer I used the sirius player and all the channels work on my account.

I've gotta assume that no one reading the threads are using this app on their Axim or they probably would have answered already.

Re: C-ApiSRO - Sirius/XM Satellite Radio for PocketPC (PPC)

JohnDaddyo,

You said earlier that you were trying to use the app over WiFi.
It will not work that way.
For the same reason you can't open the browser on your phone, go to the Sirius/XM site, log on to the online listening page and listen to the radio there.

The app has to use your data connection.
Regardless the phone you are using.

I am using a Touch Pro. I can listen using the app. If I open the phone's browser, go to the website and log in, no music.
Likewise, if I use a Wifi connection to access the internet from my phone, the app will not work.

But it does work using the data connection.

Re: C-ApiSRO - Sirius/XM Satellite Radio for PocketPC (PPC)

Is there a way to stop Winmo from going to sleep and turning off C-ApiSRO automatically when the program is running? The only solution I've found is to stop letting the phone go to sleep when plugged into power. I'm running the Sprint TP2 on the Sprint Stock 6.1 ROM.

Re: C-ApiSRO - Sirius/XM Satellite Radio for PocketPC (PPC)

Is anyone else suddenly not able to connect? Their streaming isn't down since I can log in through their site. Also, the sirius studio can't log in, which may be related (?).

I also cannot connect. It says it connected but every channel says unable to load. Tried it on My friends TP2 also and no go. I even tried changing my login info and get the same error.
