sMMS Picture Mail Composer

I tried everything, changed the different keyboards, used CAPITAL letters on my (SPRINT HTC TOUCH WM 6.1) but it still says username and password incorrect.
I am using my phone number as the username and the password which SPRINT sent me on text as my password. Am i doing anything wrong anywhere?

Not that I can tell. Unless you aren't saving out of the password menu. Try logging in to the website on your PC. Send yourself a pic and see if it works that way. Double confirm that you have your password EXACTLY as you set it up (I personally use a number instead of letters to eliminate caps sensitive issues) and try sending yourself a pic with sMMS.

I have recently bought the Sprint HTC Touch Pro with picturemail program on it, if I download this will it take over the Sprint one? Will I be able to switch between the two? If I don't like it how do I uninstall this one? Sorry for so many questions but I am a newbie any responses would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

Both will work....but the Sprint app is junk.....you can uninstall Smms but I don't think you will after using it....

But do the message show up on both? I am really confused. When you have picture mail does it show up on the sprint one or the smms one?

It will come up on both......intercept is not working on the TP right now but it is being worked on....so when you open Smms and hit sync it will show up...or if you leave it open it will show up....

you can use both. Since intercept doesn't work yet on sMMS I get the built in notification and use sMMS to view

i just had to accept to pay the $5 to sprint for the service and it worked immediately.

I just have to make sure now sprint does not really charge me for that service because they had told me i have free picture mail.

Should I download it to the device or sd storage card? I have the Sprint HTC touch pro. I get videomail clips on my picturemail site so shouldn't I be able to receive and send clips on this as well? Thanks everyone for your help.
