Yep,

Having been a registered sMMS user from the start, I have to say that sMMS is much better. It's more feature ricj, and less of a resource-hog. As soon as sMMS has the 'send pic mail' feature is integrated into picture submenus, it will be, literally, the perfect app.

I can't even send messages with http://pictures.sprintpcs.com , how do I know your solution will work?

You will need to describe your problem with more detail, but sMMS works and there are thousands of us out there using it every day. It sounds to me that you haven't got picmail set up. You will need to get that working first, and I believe SomeGuy has those instructions in the first post.

I have donated for this application which is really useful for many people, however I wish there was a way to disable some of the main screen options for example the "Settings" and "Exit" one, (I preffer to use the Exit and Settings options from the Menu area) thus eliminating the need of scrolling up/down on phones such as my Q9c with screens that have more horizotal than vertical real state, or even better to have an option to make everything on the main screen including text and icons really small so that everything fits on the screen, it would give the application a lot more of a streamlined interface, on its current form it feels really bulky and heavy.

Whenever I get a new media message the phone vibrates, is there anyway to make it so that it makes a sound instead of vibrating? I'm suspecting this is something that has to be done in the registry but I'm not sure where or what should I change, any ideas?

The Sprint app is pretty much a done deal. It is what it is. sMMS is an ongoing project in development. Sprint isn't going to add new features YOU request, much less answer questions or support the app at all. It's a better app, developed on suggestions from the user base by a programmer (SomeGuyMMS) who truly cares about that user base. It wins, period. Try it and you will know too what us sMMS supporters know. Pony up the price of a latte' or a pack of smokes and you get the full features, but the free version still works better than the free Sprint WinPM.
