How did you Install? Where did you save it? Please help me out someone....

I have a mogul and i to had the same problem. but I downloaded from this website without a problem (info.aol. co.uk/aim/pda). Just run the program an follow the step by step directions. and ya phone needs to be connected to the cpu while running the program. Im not sure if it could be installed directly from ur phone..........GOOD LUCK

ok so i downloaded the program to my ppc 6700. but to sign on i get a cant find the host error. my screen name is correct and i cant get it to log me on. cansomeone help

You have to make sure you're connected first. so open IE or Opera browser
