part of the plan is that I need facts....my state still awards the cheating spouse less money....the attorney asked me to try and get copies of the txt msgs....he knows im sorta a geek and figured I could get them....

I am not suggesting this....

But I bet if aperson had a phone cloned with a matching esn it would at least "receive" all of the incoming text messages....

I also know that from Crickets website I can text a message to anyone and put in the phone number I want displayed on the receivers end.

I have done this before as a joke. Text someone but put in a phone number of someone else I wanted to mess with.

omething like my husband is watching, dont text back at this number. This is my new number.... Or meet me at 4:00 todday at (ANY ADDRESS YOU CHOOSE TO BE WAITING)

i agree with yznheimer.
or get the number and say youve had top change the number. and you converse with the F***er. but get your stuff sorted and get out. take your kids with you.

are there no delete optyions on her phone which will put them in to the delete d items folder like a PPC, rastheer than deleting them permanently.

or get her a new phone that can do this and you can check them.
my ex was not very tech minded so sometimes the texts were not deleted properly.

or check her sent items box.

Did you take a look at the prog I posted? Says it will make a copy of all incoming/outgoing text messages. So even if she deleted them, that backup would be there for you to view.

You know the world is messed up enough without people doing this kinda crap. You want out of a relationship, cowboy up and honestly say so, and accept the consequences. This cheating around crap is so spineless.
