hi, wouldn't mind paying if the IM works on Y! and MSN at least. Otherwise, it's an expensive IM.

I hope this will work on a square screen, and if possible, be able to make use of internal GPS (if availabile) so that the IM can post the device's location on the IM status. Is it possible?

Took me a bit to want to dive into IM on my phone, but this is a pretty sweet little app. Unfortunately it's not cross-system, as only a few people I know use GoogleTalk. But nonetheless makes me want to use GTalk more often! Thanks Mal.

Glad you like. I'm using GTalk more and more now, pretty much gave up on AIM.

The program will support those other systems eventually but I think Octro's main focus for this app is Google VOIP/Chat. Once they have that nailed down then they'll move on to the other chat platforms.

It currently works with wifi. Why do you think it doesn't?

BTW, version 1.06 is out with MSN, AIM and ICQ connectivity.

Also, it will remain free atleast uptil Feb 28th, 2007, so enjoy.

Worked for me over Wifi, no problems.

Version 1.06 is very nice.

AIM is working for me with really no issue. I did notice in my chat window it always says my Gmail name even when I'm in an AIM talk but to the other person it's just my AIM name. No biggy.

Once again, it appears fine to use UPX to compress to 500kb with no side effects.

Looks like a solid release.

cant sign on to aim. everytime I try i get a authentication error incorrect password or password.

whenever i log in,msn gtalk, all my contacts remain offline,while they are online if i check on pc...

is calling possible on msn contacts?
