What is the difference?! What all does Spb Backup.....well....backup?

p.s. Sorry for the stupid question, but I looked it up online, and it just didn't make any sense to me. I'm not a PPC Savvy as most of you...lol
If memory serves, it is similar to Sprite Backup in what it is making a back up of and is taking system data and putting it with the back up...
I use Sprite Backup whenever I put new Roms or programs on, and then use PIM for everyday, that way I am not clogging my card with a lot of MB files for backup...
I think u should be able to go in and select what is being backed up, same as Sprite....
