it's a snitch that's it!

It could be that we're not using Sprint phones, service, or network. I guess that means my hope for the NFL Network on my phone is dwindling. Well, some of us aren't anyway.

I'm using a Sprint phone and their network without success.

Hey guys
I bought a Sprint HTC Touch today, and subscribed to the Ultimate Pack. What a surprise when after installing everything on my phone, I was greeted with "Unauthorized User: Sprint TV Will Now Exit"
I believe Sprint has been doing osme things to keep others who are not meant to have Sprint TV from being able to hack it, but this is completley unfair to us who actually HAVE a compatible and authorized phone.
So thing is, do any of you know why i may have this? Like I said, this phoneis meant to have SPrint Tv, theres even an icon to download it right on the home screen.
Help?

data provisioning sometimes takes a day or so for everything to start working

soft reset frequently if it doesn't go through call *2 and they'll redo the provisioning

Thanks!

Oh ,
THANKS!
Yeah I called technical support up and the guy made me didle like ##3283# and like restore some stuff and redo my data provisioning and stuff. Sprint Store doesnt work either, so your reason seems logical enough. Ok, I'll wait a few days. Thanks a bunch

I don't understand your instructions. I'm also getting the message "Unauthorized user" and it exits. I removed the Cache file, but am I supposed to add one?

If your talking about my instructions, you need to go back and read them. When you copyt the cache from your storage card, your suppose to overwrite the orignal files.
