If you read some of this thread, you'll see some of us are also getting the 7000 error, and why on earth would you post your email address in a public forum like this?

If you read this entire thread the 7000 error has been explained several times.

It is simply a "Not Available" msg, meaning for whatever reason the channel is not available at that time. Try again after a bit and it may be resolved.

I don't know...up till yesterday I would have agreed with you. 7000 errors were normally temporary problems. But yesterday evening and this morning I am getting a 7000 error on every channel I try. I've not gotten 7000 errors on so many channels before, nor for this extended time frame. Up till now SprintTV was working fine for me.

I'm also here to report 7000 error messages since yesterday evening til now. I haven't used the app. since Friday and before then everything was working normally. It seems like Sprint may have blocked access to the channels.

Yeah same here, I'm getting that error on every single channel, it was working fine until yesterday, hopefully this is just a temporary thing?
