If this works on a 700wx (WM5), it should work on the 6700 as well. So if anyone needs help... they'll need to be more specific as what's happening on their devices, what errors they get, etc.
I'm not saying I can help, but don't just post saying "the app doesn't work" expecting others to provide a magical fix. Also, I posted a couple of days ago telling people that this app surfaced the day this thread was created, so it's not like we all have much experience with it. It was a surprise that noone was expecting. Be patient, and provide details... it's all I'm saying.

thanks for helping us 6700 users with this problem, and i apologize if it seemed like i was bing impatient. i guess i'm just really hoping to get this working on my phone too. the problem that i'm having is that i keep getting and error message that says, "this channel is currently unavailable (7000)" I'm running Hemi's AKU 3.5 or what ever his latest kitchen was before the WM6 Rom. I installed SprintTV onto my divice. it loads with no problem and it allows me to subscribe to both the 7 & 9 dollar subscribtion. i can see all of the available channels, but when i select a channel, it starts to load, then the error message appears. and when i press okay, acknowledging the error, it goes back to the main sprinttv screen.
update. i have also done a soft reset after installing the program Last edited by nelly48237; 10-21-2007 at 10:19 PM. |

I just had an idea... I don't know if this app needs it or not, or how to determine if it does, but do the users having issues have .NET CF 2.0 installed?
It would make sense if this app needed it and it works for some and doesn't for others. Maybe it's not working for the people that do not have it installed. Of course, anyone on a Mogul or a WM6 ROM would not suffer from this since it's already on the OS. |

I had this error pop up a couple of times while trying to load a couple of channels, but after trying later they worked. |
