I just had an idea... I don't know if this app needs it or not, or how to determine if it does, but do the users having issues have .NET CF 2.0 installed?
It would make sense if this app needed it and it works for some and doesn't for others. Maybe it's not working for the people that do not have it installed.
Of course, anyone on a Mogul or a WM6 ROM would not suffer from this since it's already on the OS.
