I've been reading and watching this trhread very closely. This is my first post in a forum ever and I am happy to say it's a PPCGEEKS the people here and what you guys do are amazing. I have the lastest sprint TV cab. from this forum. And when I load it it plays the help video just fine. but when I try to do ANYTHING else it says (unauthorized user sprint TV will now exit) funny thing is I'm on the 20 dollar unlimited data plan from sprint which includes sprint TV I'm worried cause I haven't seen anybody else say they've gotten that message...Can someone PLEASE Help I just got my mogul when it came out I don't wanna get a touch just yet.

Ok obviously I spoke to soon in saying I haven't seen anyone else with the unauthorized problem...(didn't realize I wasn't on the most recent page of the thread) but at any rate it's ridiculous that the MOGUL with a title like it has can't access sprint TV at lauch but a whack a$$ flip phone or treo can. The touch is nice but I don't wanna give up my REAL keyboard for Sprint TV when I shouldn't have to same thing with BUILT IN AIM and YAHOO MESSENGER witch are both also on the TOUCH...Sprint is about to losse me to the Tilt I swear.

And why is it when I had my PPC 6700 the people at sprint told me yea it's sprint tv compatible NOOOOOOT....and of course they did the same thing with the 6800 yea it's has Sprint TV on it just like our other devices I'm so tired of the lies they have so many loyal customers to be so whack. Where's our Rev A. and why does the update to fix the jacked up BT on the Mogul break or screw up something else on your phone? They need to get it together seriously. Sorry for the rant guys

I know that this is a Sprint TV thread, however... is Sprint the only carrier out there??? Does AT&T or any other carrier also have a cab that we could all use?

Sprint TV Access

I finally got my 6700 to work last night. This is what I did last night and mine was up and running. I would think that this process only works if you have the Power Vision plan for $15 a month, but we both know that with the original 6700 you can't access half of the things that are available to you... So once i went to the kitchen I have every thing now... NFL Mobile, xm radio, mobitv, Sprint TV and etc... Good Luck everyone...

1. Uninstalled the Sprint TV
2. Reinstalled the (SprintTV_PocketPC_Vogue_1005.cab)
3. After installing it will automatically Run the first time
4. It usually ends in the error "Unauthorized user: sprint tv will now exit"
5. Check you cache file at Program files\Sprint Tv
* there's usually only one folder there and it's the menu folder
6. Copy and paste the cache that has been given previously in this forum into the program files\Sprint Tv
7. Click Start,settings, phone, services
8. Select internet in the scroll box and click get settings
9. you should receive a message stating it receiving data provisioning.
10 Once it's finished Run your sprint tv program and you should be good to go.
11. If this fails verify that your cache is still accurate with the four folders (channels, Icons, Lineups, Menu)
If so, proceed...
12. Click Start,settings,connections,connections
13. Once you here you try enter your username with the @sprintpcs.com included and password and run program again.
14. If this fails remove password and run the program again.
15. you should be prompted with the vision logon request, if so just click enter and you should be good to go.

This is what worked for me... I had tried everything... If your channels are still loading it's probably because of you signal strength. Keep repeating the process until you get it...
