The thread says to not CHANGE it to 0 or 1 because Emergency services use them. Mine was AUTOMATICALLY set to 0 out the box I just got my TP. All I see in this thread is A) IT doesn't matter B) It does matter C) It has to do with the last digit of your # (mine is 5) and D) It has to do with the last digit of the MSID or MSL (both don't end in 0 or 1). So idk what to think.

Grab baf msl (click "got msl?" in my sig). It uses a very similar method to get your MSL, only it is 100% automated.

ACCOLC was explained to me like this:
0-9 everyday use for all normal people and that most carriers use the last digit of your phone number to select this. Also higher numbers are better. (eg phone numbers ending with 9 work better the ones that end with 0) 10-15 EMS and GOV only - use these without permission and you could be charged or fined. |
