Nah...you can install over the top. If it asks you to uninstall something when you try to install let it. Big Pimp takes approx 6min to install.

Nice!! Not sure how you disabled that. Exchange won't realize it happened?

Oh, after installing your big package I had to run the home layout one again to get rid of the sprint logo. Looks awesome. Thanks again!

The last piece of fixing was the taskbar for Verizon. I used these two cabs to fix the sound and my signal bar.

I've been using that work around on my Exchange server since the PPC6700 without issues. One thing you might want to do is set it to a simple pin and set it to 12 hour no use if you are concerned.

Yes you will have to install the home tab layout cab if you want the date moved to above the clock instead of the Logo. I did this to give people options

One more request . if it is possible can you make all contacts and each contacts you select more colorfully like the comm page or front page.

currently when you select individual contact it is just boring dull gray sprint default..

this will really pimp my phone to get contacts and each individual contacts page pimped up

Its blue for me. Can you give me a screen shot of what you are talking about?
